No, I just reassembled kernel headers tarball while trying to fix perf.
It didn't help, but I've already committed it.

committed a few days ago, and if so what have I done wrong?
I did
#./buildtool.pl headers linux
#cd headers/include
#tar cvfJ repo/toolchain/linux-headers.tar.x
