Why? GNU libc isn't called until AFTER the kernel is loaded; in fact,
it's not
fixes over the 2.4.5
kernel I currently have available.

Andrew Hoying has already done this and created an Oxygen 2.4 kernel and
environment using it. Last time he wrote, he was compile 2.4.7 with
grsecurity.
