Everyone,
I put a new survey "What do you use EigerStein/Oxygen/LRP for?" on our web
site.
I'm going to concentrate on the documentation section of our web site this
week. Any suggestions or comments you have are welcome.

OK by me. Now that some of my re certification tests are done and are no
longer a constant drain on my time, I can finally finish out my how to and
get that project off my back. :)

Well,
I took George's advise and installed the RC2 of Progeny Debian. It did take
a few installs to get it all done, but it was fast. On 2 install attempts,
it did not find my video card (Matrox G400) on the third it did. But when
it finished, it evidently didn't like my non alpha numeric pas
David & Steven,
Is it alright if I publish your guides on our web site?

Steven,
I think the document below makes a wonderful 2.9.8 Installation Guide. Has
Brian Boonstra taken a look at it yet?

O.,
:) I accidently nuked the text format on it. I figure I want to add the
firewall option, and have the list and Brian take a brief look at it before
we put it on leaf and c0wz. My goal is to have it done by Friday. I'm
switching off eigerstein2beta on wednesday (if all goes well).
I missed Eric's original posting here, but I too am happy to have himu use
any of what I wrote. The procedure he describes seems ideal, in spirit with
the high standards of courtesy and consideration I have always found present
in the LEAF group's approach to things.

I posted an update for echowall, 0.7, to my ftp
server. I added a command option "scan" to the echowall
command options, so it's easier to determine what the
MACID's are for your intended servers.
I also redid the README documentation so it's
more suited for the beginner.
