Brad- When I first put my Bering disk together, I downloaded the latest version of shorwall.lrp and copied it to the disk. All I did was rename it and copy it to the floppy. Was there anything else I needed to do? Just a thought, because I have looked over the Shorewall configuration files

Brad- Good news, I got the NIC's recognized and up. But now I have encountered another problem. I cannot access the internet from my internal network. I can ping the Bering machine from an internal host, and I can ping an internet host from the Bering machine. But I cannot ping an internet

Hello, I am running Bering v1.0rc3 and I can't get it to bring up either of the interfaces. I have 2 Belkin F5D5000 NIC's which have Realtek 8139 chipsets. I have loaded mii, 8139cp, and 8139too modules and it will not bring them up. I am new to this and I'm sure I'm missing something very
