Well the idea is to put a bering box in the turret close to the antena.

If I understand this message right, you have somehow managed to deal with
the more general connectivity problems you reported in eariler messages,
and now you are limited to this problem with port 4662.
So ... the obvious question is: what software do you have that is listening
on this port,
