Did you format the disk for 1680K first, or are you using a 1440K
pre-formatted floppy? The 1440K format has 18 sectors/track, vs 21
sectors/track for 1680K, so your 18 records out indicates it's highly likely
you don't have sectors 19-21 formatted...

to remove these packages from the CD-Rom, if you don't use or
need them. I got tired of having to scp nmap and tcpdump every time I
needed them, so I put them on the CD. Lynx is currently an experiment...I
haven't even tried it to see if it works sheepish grin

recognize the syslinux boot-disk as valid, so won't
make a bootable CD from the CD-Contents. I think CDR-Win will also make
appropriate disk images...

? The above looks like you may be
trying to go through a proxy, which may exist at your office, but is
certianly not on your home network. Make sure IE is set for 'direct
connection', and NO proxy.

network ipfilter reload (aliases
of the same command) will reload your firewall rules (and any
port-forwarding setup).
The command net reload or svi network reload will re-configure your
interfaces, as well as re-loading your firewall rules.
