Trying to get wpa to work with the madwifi drivers. I have been able to get the madwifi drivers to work with my NIC and have verifiyed WEP and the master (ap) mode. When I load and configure the hostapd daemon I notice there is no ath0ap device. Does the daemon not work with some madwifi

Hi all, It seems that loading hdsupp in leaf.cfg breaks selection f)Find and load modules for hardware in the configuration menu. Noticed when I did an upgrade from a pre 4.3 release to 5.0.1. Causes tar: write error: No space left on device. In the end, I discovered I no longer need to

Thanks Andrew!. Increasing syst_size to 60M solved it. Looking back I guess I really had 2 issues, this one and the fact that I had left an internal compact flash in the PC without completely disabling it in the BIOS. The PC was booted from a thumb drive and the hdsupp package(s) was loaded
