[LEDE-DEV] buildbot failure to compile because it lacks gtime host tool

It seems that after the commit that added gtime as host dependency the buildbot failed to compile this target https://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/faillogs/aarch64_cortex-a53/ and all logs state that it is missing "gtime". I suppose that this will block compilation of any other target,
