Will it run in the same environment as 1.3?
This is just to decide, using an old (existing) VPS or I should build a new for
testing 1.4.

I found the following things:
the old version is not up to date (of course)
the hu.po does not contain all new messages
the LedgerSMB.pot seems lack the new messages (I tried to msgcat / msgmerge
with en_GB.po and LedgerS
