changes out into smaller parts and tried to provide more informative

My first patch review has been completed. I am not sure what problem 0005
and 0006 were intended to fix. Perhaps you can be a little more specific
what is going on here?
I am wondering if we are seeing an issue with docs, code, or something else.

decided I would start by looking at 1.3 (from svn), even though it is
not released yet.
Being unfinished, it's not surprising some of the admin functions don't
work yet. Here are some patches that have allowed me to cre
