How do I actually get a checque printed to PDF? I tried "POST and PRINT" with format=PDF, and destination "screen", but only get the "PAYMENT ORDER NUMBER" screen. It seems to just summarize the transaction, and it always says "The amount of Zero", and has lines for an approval signature. But, I
