[Ledger-smb-users] tax included on sales invoices

I've just converted from 1.2.21 to 1.3.31 I can't find anywhere to pre-set "tax included" for a given customer. Do you have to do it for each sales invoice, or did I miss something? thanks -- David McQuire -- Introduc
