Maybe Im a little to new at linux to set this up in the time frame needed. (
yesterday !!! like most things in IT.)
So your suggestion of a Hosting company setting this up, might be a quicker
solution for the Interim.
Can you suggest any Good priced hosting for this t
It then asked for the path to ledgersmb-httpd.conf
I then entered /etc/apache2/conf.d
I restarted the apache server with # apache2ctl restart
Still no change when I run admin.pl using
http://localhost/ledgersmb/admin.pl

I checked the permissions of admin.pl and get exactly what you have
ost/ledgersmb/admin.pl
both give the same result

My Ledgersmb files are in /usr/local/ledgersmb (as per the notes)
All help gratefully recieved I would like to fix this ASAP.
