H, I like Snodgras. At Championship level I think he is quality, but one thing he doesn't have that I think you MUST have to succeed in his position any higher, is pace ... and he just isn't that fast. I hope it's not true, but if we replace him with a Max Gradel'alike, I think we'll be OK!
