Quite right Nick the cross to Pearce for the second was indeed Mowatt - I have seen it on TV. Also from TV it did look a penalty BUT he did not have control of the ball so it was not a clear goal scoring opportunity and so he should not have been sent off. Perhaps the ref follows the Sky

I agree re Diouf, maybe with Ross now being moved forward Diouf can take his place behind the strikers. If the other 3 midfielders are Austin, Green and Mowatt then we have enough energy to make up for Diouf's lack of mobility but it would allow him to pull the strings. A bit harsh on Tonge to
