I've got 5 trainers, all in their early/ mid 20s and that's precisely the message I try to dun into them. However like most football people (Leeds fans anyone?) their personalities tend to be balanced between" ignorant" and "pig-headed" and whatever platitudes they mouth, some of them are soon screaming and creating at the kids. It's a real shame. As it probably comes from their own football education it is probably already being passed on to the next generation.
Having said that, when I see the behaviour and comportment of the "adults" of the clubs we play against I'm bludy proud to be in my club.....
