I think if Redders knew he was going to be here next season then he could play
around with players without regards to results. Since he still needs to get
results to secure his own future I believe he is less likely to gamble on doing
player development, research or observation.

I watched thus game closely, the upshot was that although in the UK I will
not make the considerable effort to get to ER.
