Efficient 3rd performance for once. Let’s see who we’re playing away to in the

wonder goal from Bamford and hopefully might shut the fans up who wanted him 
out of the club. We look much more balanced with him as no 9. 
Archie is too good not to play in his proper position.
Firpo still hasn’t got a clue about defending and positioning.
Piroe not really working as a 10.
Gruev - not sure what he’s bringing

Not too much can be read into it since McDermott did say he was basically

Not entirely sure what else we can do.

With the exception of dropping White back and bringing in Townsend - the rest 
of the team seems to pretty much pick itself at the moment.

We have no other strikers to replace Becchio - Forsell was horribly off the 
pace against Ipswich and Paynter has vanished.
Nunez rarely achieves anything as a starter - what other attacking options do 
we have ?

What I do know is that this line up is not cutting it, they're struggling 
against bottom placed Coventry FFS. Coventry have sounded much more likely to 
score when they have the ball than we do. Get the ball down to feet, have Delph 
and Clayton play it through the midfield, bring Snodgrass into the game, put 
White at LB and bring Townsend on to left midfield and have him run at the Cov 
defence, they're low on confidence and we're just hoofing balls for their big 
CB to clear all day long.

Delph and Clayton doesn't seem to be working. That surprises me. Delph a shadow 
of his former self? Clayton not as good as I though he was?

What I do know is that this line up is not cutting it, they're struggling 
against bottom placed Coventry FFS. Coventry have sounded much more likely to 
score when they have the ball than we do. Get the ball down to feet, have Delph 
and Clayton play it through the midfield, bring Snodgrass into the game, put 
White at LB and bring Townsend on to left midfield and have him run at the Cov 
defence, they're low on confidence and we're just hoofing balls for their big 
CB to clear all day long.

But anywayI figured out how MDM knows what a great player
Rogers is: he was signed by that manager who he reckoned was so fantastic!

Apparently, Coventry have a player called Jordan Clarke. He should be a
brilliant striker!
