Dear musos, poets, jugglers, comedians, fire-walkers,
actors and clowns everywhere,
On the 28th and 29th of June, the Maribyrnong
Detention Centre in Melbourne's own back yard will
become the focus of a lively and colourful
festival/protest in support of refugee rights.
This is an open invitation to all of you to take part
in this event in whatever way you like. A stage will
be set up near the Maribyrnong Detention Centre, and
we need it filled with all sorts of performers who are
willing to give of their time and talent to support
refugees and fight racism.
