International Campaign to Ban Landmines (ICBL) Australian Network Inc.

Admission is free and all are welcome.

ABOUT TUN CHANNARETH:

Almost exactly 15 years ago somewhere close to the Thai-Cambodia border,
Tun Channareth was lying helpless in a minefield, both legs shattered by
an anti-personnel mine. As his terrified friend looked on he took an
axe and attempted in his own words "to cut off the dead weight of my
legs." He is now a double amputee who lives in Cambodia, where he makes
wheelchairs and motivates landmine victims, particularly children, to
rebuild their lives.
