On the square blossom rosette you don’t stop in the middle you go strait
through from one side to the other then after moving the saddle along you go
back all the way through again watch the video. All the other videos I use a
micro switch to stop in the middle.

Just playing now but trying to zero in on the process.
Also interested in the gadget that Bill has on his LOM for doing the wave.
Also back when I showed the direction changing Gear set that Tim K had
innovated he had that attachment on his one Gear. Was that to do that same
thing?
Kind

so are you using the micro switch to stop in the middle or how do you
control all of it?
I'll watch more but I dont really recall seeing you turn on the drive
though I see it turning?
I'm out lasering bread boards with my wife now but going back to the LOM
shortly.
Kind Regards,

If it’s the square blossom rosette video- its using a 1” rope bit with the
gears set for a ½ inch pitch a bigger bit would need a larger pitch I think but
you would have to try I was guessing.

Bill what setting do you do to make the swirl designs of Rosettes. Which
Video shows what you do?
Are you using the drive for the rotary table when you do them I'd assume?

Thank you BrigitteNo I have not tried that yet. (it dose have a very good
chance of working.)
But at this point I think I will just leave the screw in, at least for the time
being.
I have been thinking about trying some decorative cuts like roping or even
trying a diamond pattern with it? My

Curt,
Have you tried applying heat to the bolt? If the bolt is threaded you ought
to be able to unscrew it out of the glue which will have been softened by
the hot metal. It works with rust embedded screws.
