You can soften bone by soaking in hydrochloric acid. Also Cola, but I suspect that the tannins(?) in Cola would discolour the bone. By soaking the bone in an acid, you are removing the inorganic material from the bone, and it might sort of de-nature it, it might not 'work' in the same way? Legacy
