Thanks TimI agree the Legacy is a better machine. Although having said that, I
also feel that there is still room for growth with the Legacy, Not only in
Modifications to the machine, but on the best ways to learn to use what we
have.Even though the company no longer sells our machines,

Before LOMs came on the horizon I dreamed of turning items with a 1/4 turn
twist, like table legs, stretchers, canes, etc. More recently I have
dreamed of "checkering" a 1-1/4" cylinder for wooden handles. In between
there is the possibility of cutting wood threads, internal and external.
