Good news is that you have a #2 MT tail stock.  That dead center will come out of there.  Then you will be able to use a live center.  You also have the reversing shaft held on by 2 screws in pic 20190118_182403.jpg. So are you holding back any misc stuff or is all the parts shown now? Mike
