OK, Here is how you accomplish this on the Legacy with a Rotary table.  Mount the table on a ? 4º ? angle or what ever it measures out to be.  Drill press the start hole to the bottom.  Mount it on the Legacy rotary table and rotate and plunge to the bottom with a straight bit.  Make sure you
