family history software, today announced the release of the Danish language
edition of Legacy Family Tree.

I'm a little confused by this release. I was under the impression that the
Danish already had access to Legacy (translated) but maybe I was wrong.
However I know that work is underway for a UK version of Legacy. How will
these versions differ to the current Legacy and how will it be
Sorry Keith, but I don't understand what you are getting at. The facilities
in the Danish version are already available for the UK and and you can
change to our English English using OptionsSelect Language.

I know it is important expand your market, but we long time users are
waiting patiently (well, somewhat patiently) for an update to fix the
problems of the last update!
I need to prepare some Books using the printing center for Christmas, but
the Table of Contents is messed up. And, I know
Thanks, Keith, for your comments. Although the Danish language edition has
been available for a couple of months now, we've never officially
announced its release. Such was the purpose of the email earlier.
We are working, like you mentioned, on marketing a UK edition of Legacy. We
don't know all
Ron,
Try the Publishing Center. Create more than one chapter, such as a
descendant report and an ancestor report and throw in a pedigree chart for

Subject: RE: [LegacyUG] We need an update to fix old problems!
What is
Out of curiosity, and because I thought an ancestral
info book would be great for my 88-year-old uncle, I
decided to try the Pub Ctr.
I chose to do an ancestral book followed by the
pedigree charts ... the TOC is very interesting ...

I just created an Ancestor Book with a TOC, 2-column
name index, and a 2-column location index. The
2-column location index seems to have a problem
wrapping the page numbers when it goes to multiple
lines ... it just overtypes on the previous line.
Makes it a bit hard to read.
BTW, if it matters,
Right-click in the space around those fields and you can customize what
fields are shown on the Family view.

Thanks, Brian ... yup there's a definite poltergeist
in there. I printed the most offensive page, and I
have several different scenarios:
First line garbaged, with second and third lines
perfect
First line perfect and second and third lines
garbaged
At first I thought it was my printer
Can that ability also be added to the Marriage Info
window right below the children?
