Check out the number of generations to include box in the tagging dialogue.
It sounds as if you've got it set at 2.

Yes I can see variable spacing when I'm using Arial 9 for data and
notes but not when using Arial 10 or 8.
I have no idea whether this is new or not as I usually use a font
size of 10 for data and notes.

I haven't noticed that "All Pictures" doesn't include the Marriage
Event Pictures but see that now.
I suggest you enter it as a bug - see link on the Legacy Home Tab or
the Legacy Home Page.
To be consistent the "All Pictures" in the Individual Gallery should
include the Marriage

Maybe the Tab "Label Type" gave me a hint that this topic was about labels -
but that it wouldn't be understood by someone who just SHOUTED.

I started working on my sister-in-law's family. She is attached to my family,
but I realize I need to separate her family from mine. Some items will be
duplicated in both, her parents and grandparents left in my file. I never
realized how easy it was to gather French Canadian information and
Reports, Books/Others, Name tags, all fields can be changed both in content,
size colour and format.
I use this for my labels
AND DON'T SHOUT IT IS RUDE.
