I start from the Assigned Sources screen, click on Add a new source. After the source is created, I copy it to the clipboard for usage until I am through with that particular source. I just can't think what I can possibly have done to cause this occurrence. I have not had another instance of it

Valerie, this looks like you have no title or author for this source, rather the (National Archives of Ireland) is the publication information. In that case, the source will be a blank entry at the beginning of your Master Sources list. Take a look there and see if you don't find something like

Tom: Sounds like a great trick rather than having to determine the correct long/lat in Virtual Earth (or by guessing) then manually entering them in the Master Location List Edit function. However, when I right clicked, it just moved the page around just like when I left click. I think the
