I updated Legacy to the latest build *7.0.0.76* when it was released on the
28th. I used it until the 30th and haven't got back to it until today
12/06/08. When I opened the program I was unable to bring up the individual

Go to "Options" -> "Customize" -> "View" -> and click on the box in the
upper right corner that says "Edit Default Marriage Wording". You can
make any changes and/or deletions on the next screen.

Your observation is correct re v7.0.0.76, although as I have always preferred
to have the sources after each person for this type of report, I am unable to
comment on the past.
You could report this as a bug Legacy Home>Report a Bug, but, for me, they
could grey the option out ;-).

You say that you are using your back-up - is this also corrupt?
With something like this I would suggest using File>Save AS and give the copy a
new name. You can now mess around with damaging your existing file.
Firstly, do a File>File Maintenance>Check/Repair and take any action sug
Roy, similar situation has occurred with me and I corrected the problem with
some data base maintenance.
File -> File Maintenance -> Check / Repair
and then again with -> compact family file.
You might have to run the check / repair more than once.if there were any
errors and fixes.
