You've solved it!
I uninstalled the 3D software now Legacy is working again. I had to shut
down and restart for the changes to take effect. I don't know what went
wrong overnight with the 3D mapping software as I haven't used it for a
while and I did a virus check and found

If they're not on your reports, they're not on your reports. You can
always uncheck all options for each report for including Pictures to
make sure, but really, if you can't see them, they ain't there.

It's at the bottom of the screen, just to the right of the Exclude
from Potential Problems... box and to the left of the Privacy
