Yes, I got it to work. I had to do two searches, the 1st one and
then filter it out of the search list only.
I needed to ask for Burial and Death place blank on the second query
for it to work properly.
Thank you all heaps for your fantatic help.

Gwen,
The examples given will only work if the place of birth is recorded in the
Location field and only contains Doncaster.
For the second condition try using AND individua, place of birth, contains
Doncaster.

Thanks to both Rons for showing me the tool to page through tagged

hadn't tagged MRINs so never used it.
Rich, looks like you've aready submitted suggestion for what I would like.
Thanks to all.

many of them to create a Photo Album with less than the whole batch. Using the

Thank you Jenny. I did realize that the size at the bottom of the screen was
the rectangle created by the pages. I just don't know how to change this size.
Where do you choose the size of paper to print on?

I would suggest that you contact the outlet you have selected to do
the printing and find out from them what printer drivers they
use(assuming that they are using a plotter type printer)
Once you know which printer/plotter they are using, download the
driver and then, using that
