Gwen, The examples given will only work if the place of birth is recorded in the Location field and only contains Doncaster. For the second condition try using AND individua, place of birth, contains Doncaster. Ron Ferguson

It depends on what you want to do with the 'facts'. If you can attach photos for 'most' of the locations, it might be better to split the Events then. If you use the chronology tool, that would be good. Some of those places may have 'museums' at the sites (to photograph). This also depends
