Here is the work around for the Descendant View not showing all spouses and
½ children
This is the way it has worked for some time, guess some of us just forgot
how we set it up originally.
But in cases of his, hers, and ours families, it only lists the
descendants of the person selected - i.e. if you are running the report on
the Father, you will see his children from both

Are you using 7.0.0.90 dated 13 Mar 2009? The problem with the
Descendant View showing only one spouse was reported in Jan 2009 and
Dave indicated he had fixed it to always show all spouses, that fix
should have been included in the 13 Mar update.

I have a person who married twice and had children by each marriage. When I go
to the Descendant View, only the descendants of the spouse who was on the
Family View are listed. I want to see all that person's descendants on the

properly to the parent, but from what you say they show correctly in Family
view.

According to Help, Desc.usr files are for Chart Reports. The
Descendant Chart Report is correct, having both spouses and their descendants
listed. It is only the Descendant View

the Report Options button and select the Include tab. Check mark the box for
'Children of Each Spouse', then close the
