Yes there is a way to print out a list of all your multimedia files.
Go to View Scrapbook
Select the type of multimedia files you want to include and click on
Print Multimedia List
A second options screen will open where you can elect to include such
things as where the file is

I have just read in a Gene magazine, that someone else has set up a database
in Exel for her certificates, using the Birth = B1 Death = D1 system. That
way she can sort and find to her hearts content. Great for those of us who
are compulsive list makers!
