Hi Carol, Others have alerted you to the Advanced Set Living tool - this is a deluxe feature. In Options > Customise you can change the default setting for the Living flag. See the Data Defaults tab. I prefer to leave it set to default to Living as I don't want to inadvertently set Living pe
