[LegacyUG] I lost my tags AGAIN

I had tagged everyone in my file on #1 that was set as living. I spent two hours going through there killing off people that are long since dead. I still had 2000 people left to do. This morning I crank up Legacy and my tags had been cleared. I can promise you that I didn't clear them. I
