I'm not sure how much help I will be, as I'm not familiar with FTL Gencircles,
but here goes:
If you can make a gedcom file of your data in FTL Gencircles, you should be
able import it into Legacy. Go
Sorry ... getting a bit off-topic ... but AFAIK Legacy is not
connected in any way with Family Tree Legends, which was absorbed by
another company.

Where did you see that Legacy and FTL had merged. Sounds untrue.
