Size Letter 8.5 x 11

I Then can reproduce with sample database file just select Asa Brown for a 1
generatoin chart.
Select one Generation so you don;t get multiple pages
Select a Page border from apperance section

I tried it. At your step called Select a Page border from apperance
section I neither knew how nor desired a Page border. It came out 8.25 x
10.81.

So it appears that maybe your page is to small also if you selected 8.5
x 11.
With my smaller image part of the border was missing since I selected to
have a page border as well
Here's better instructions to create a page border to see if it missing
on your printed image.
