I have never been able to have a clear understanding as to this
question: Is it possible to do something OTHER than saving, closing,
ETC., several times, to add the same source to each aspect of a
person. That's not clear, sorry. What I mean is this: When putting in
information about a person,
Barbara:
Go to Legacy, Help, and search for Source, Clipboard.
This has all the information you should need.

I will read about it as suggested, but your steps seem fairly easy.
Problem is, everything works until I get to the F2 part. It doesn't do
anything. What am I doing wrong?

Okay, the Alt-2 seems to work for me instead of F2 (to load the one
source citation into one blank field). Make sense?

It doesn't sound like you are copying sources to the clipboard
- If you are on the Sources screen, highlight the source you want to repeat
- in the bottom left, click on the clipboards icon, then click
Copy/Overwrite Existing
- highlight another event you want to use the same Source
- click
box on the left of
the Individual Info screen.

Sorry,
You're correct about Alt-2. That's what happens when you try to dash
off a quick answer. (;-)

To add one source to multiple facts (the basic ones, i.e. name, birthdate,
death date, burial), you must first load the source onto the source clipboard.
You must also enter the data into each field.
Then, look at the left hand side of the edit screen, and you will see 4 blue
symbols; choose
14 matches
