[LegacyUG] SourceWriter: ArtifactsPrivately held; Author's name in citation

In _SourceWriter_ template (ArtifactsPrivately held), I've entered author's names. Output preview reports name in the bibliography, but not in the either the full or short footnote. I can edit in override, but is this the way the template is supposed to work? Thank you for any assistance
