Keith: Try VIEW-MasterLists-Surname and then check your spellings for the problematic spellings. I am willing to bet that that's where the problem is... I have found that, especially if I have done major data entry, sometimes mis spellings of Surnames creep in and this is the best way to monito

Had the program convert all Surnames to Initial Cap - then lower case. Worked perfectly - EXCEPT every name beginning with Mc (several hundred of mine) came out McKAIN (Cap first letter, lower case second letter, Cap third letter AND all additional letters. And when I try to hand correct it start
