I now remember reading that somewhere but am a bit overwhelmed with learning all the ins and outs of this program and the clean up of datat so forgetting at least 1/2 of what I've read. Couldn't find any help in either the help menu or the book either; must be hidden in an obscure area that I hadn't thought to look under - so much for indexes!
