Boyd, I have just checked that template out, and in the Source Detail, the fourth item down is ID of Child. I also tested it using a person in my files and the name was reproduced in the output. This, btw., would be the template I would use as well, although at present mine are still in the

Boyd, In the Source Detail entry screen there is a place for ID of person. I guess I'm more of a lumper when it comes to birth certificates, since most of mine are issued in the state of Miss. Legacy seems to lean toward lumping birth certificates, since the ID for each person is at the Detail
