We use Open Office at our Family History Center. The documents and
spreadsheets have so far been easily edited back and forth with Microsoft
Office. Sorry to have gone so off topic from Legacy.

Thank you for the tip. May I ask what kind of errors you found when saving
Legacy as a Word document? e.g. page layout such as line spacing or problems
with the index for names or places etc.
