Chris, Yes the media does seem complicated. Here's some information for you. If you've used Legacy since before Legacy 8, some of your Media Folders will show the full path when you go to Options-Customise 6.2 View list of media folders OR get there via View - Master Lists - Media Folders.

Hi There is a potential problem with moving Legacy and Media files between different PCs. This is very dependent on how you use Legacy and on the location of your Legacy and Media files, including the structure of the folder and file layout that you use.
