If you have Gmail, you can edit the subject line and remove duplication,
all comments that are not relevant, and all excess footers.

As already mentioned, some antivirus programs add SPAM to subject line, but so
do also some internet or mailing service providers (for these kind of bulk
emails).
If it's antivirus program, you can tell it by yourself, that email address
legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com is safe.
