downloaded the newest (which could be old) it had the FamilyTree symbol and
I used it. Do you have the family tree symbol?

Could you go to Potential problems report in Legacy and change the option
for Warn if born after 20 years of marriage and change it to 19 or 30 and
see if it still reports after 20?
