1. Is your mother living? If so her line may have been kept out of your
GEDCOM by the privacy settings you used when creating your GEDCOM.
2. Do you have your mother marked as private or invisible? That will
also affect the export of her line. You will have to turn on the
override of privacy
​Before making a gedcom, I printed out the instructions from Legacy and
followed them carefully. At first I made a gedcom with only dead people,
and uploaded to MyHeritage. My mother's side didn't show up. I called
MyHeritage, and the person could see it on his end, but my mother's side
was still
