reinstall. The download for the free Standard and the Deluxe edition are
identical. There's no problem with the Help in Windows 10.
If you are still having problems, contact Support. Note they don't work
over weekends
A long time user of Legacy, I (re)installed Version 8 on a newly purchased PC
with Windows 10. When I click on the "Help Index," I get the error message
"Feature not included" ... The Windows Help program is not supported in Windows
10."
Is there a way to resolve this issue?
