Hi Cathy, My name list opens after several seconds. How do you turn off the column for hints? I changed some settings in Options tab/Customize and the hint column still appears in my Name List. I don't see a choice in the Options in the Name List either to turn off the hint column. What are PPs?

I've not heard of the Index View being slow to load. It's basically instant for me. I use it all the time. How big is your file? Is it slow every time? How much RAM does your computer have? It is known that some people have a problem with the Name List opening slowly. It helps to turn off the

Well after just letting the blank screen look back at me, it finally loaded after about 15 minutes. That option is still OK, but I really prefer using the "name list' because it gives me more details about each person I click on than just using the "index" option. Is there a fix for the loading
