Jennifer, there are two ways to solve this problem:
1) go to your Junk or Spam folder and click on "this is not junk mail" and
it should automatically go to your inbox.
2) or highlight the Legacy email(s) and drag to your inbox folder. You
should get a message asking if you want emails from
ect: [LegacyUG] Legacy emails going to Junk emails
Many of my Legacy emails are going in to the Junk email folder.
In looking at the Help file I can't find any assistance with this problem.
I have not had this problem with previous lap-tops so I suspect it happened
in transferring to this new lapt
